- 25 gSugar
- 120 mlMaple syrup
- 15 mlVanilla extract
- 60 gButter
- 0.3 gSalt
- 60 mlPeach nectar

Make the sauce
- Combine maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted butter, a pinch of salt and peach nectar in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced by about half (approx. 8–12 minutes). Keep warm.

Prepare the peaches
- Halve and pit the peaches.
- Dip the cut sides into the hot sauce and sprinkle the cut sides generously with granulated sugar.

Grill and serve
- Place the peaches cut-side down on a very hot grill or grill pan.
- Grill until marked and slightly charred (about 2–4 minutes). Serve warm with the remaining sauce.
