- 100 gBacon
- 60 gTomato sauce
- 60 gWorcestershire sauce

Prepare
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Spread coarse rock salt in a roasting pan so the oysters sit stably.
- Mix tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Dice the bacon.
- Shuck oysters (if not already shucked) and keep them in their half shells; discard excess liquid.

Top and sauce
- Place diced bacon generously over the raw oysters.
- Spoon the Kilpatrick sauce over each oyster, covering the bacon and oyster.

Cook
- Nestle the oysters on the rock salt bed so they do not tip.
- Bake at 180 °C for 10–14 minutes until oysters are firm and bacon is crispy, or grill under high heat 5–7 minutes until done.
- Remove carefully from oven.

- Serve oysters with lemon wedges.
- Optionally serve extra Kilpatrick sauce on the side.
