    Prepare & Bake

    • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
    • Peel and slice the bananas. In a small bowl, toss the banana slices with vanilla extract and melted butter until evenly coated.
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the refrigerated can of cinnamon rolls (about 8 rolls). Pair two rolls together to form a square; this yields 4 squares.
    • Place about one quarter of the banana mixture in the center of each square and fold the edges slightly around the filling.
    • Bake 11–13 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
    • Warm the caramel sauce and drizzle over the warm pastries.
    • Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream per portion.
