  • 120 gBanana
  • 150 gAvocado
  • 29 gCocoa powder
  • 43 gHoney
  • 5 gLemon juice
  • 5 gVanilla extract
  • 30 gWater
  • 0.3 gSea salt

    Preparation

    • Place all ingredients (banana, avocado, cacao powder, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, water and a pinch of sea salt) into a blender or food processor.
    • Add the cacao powder first and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust ratios while blending if needed because avocado and banana sizes vary.
    • Taste and sweeten with a few drops of stevia or a little more honey if desired.
    • Spoon the mousse into small glasses or bowls, dust with extra cacao or cacao nibs and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
