Ingredients

  • 5 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 2 pcsOnion
  • 150 gBean sprouts
  • 2 pcsChili
  • 200 gCrab meat
  • 3 pcsGreen onion
  • 500 gRice
  • 2 tbspFish sauce
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tbspPepper

Instructions

    Prepare

    • Measure and prepare all ingredients.
    • Mince the garlic, slice the red onion, chop the chillies, and cut the scallions into 1 cm pieces.
    • Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.

    Fry the crab

    • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a wok or large pan until hot.
    • Stir-fry the drained crab (200 g) for about 1 minute until it changes color. Remove and set aside.

    Fry aromatics

    • Add the remaining 3 tbsp oil to the pan and heat.
    • Stir-fry garlic, red onion, scallions and chillies about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add crab and sprouts

    • Return the fried crab to the pan.
    • Add bean sprouts (150 g) and stir briefly until heated through.
  5. 5

    Add rice and season

    • Add cooked rice (500 g), fish sauce (2 tbsp), salt (1 tbsp) and black pepper (1 tbsp).
    • Stir well until evenly mixed and hot. Serve immediately.
