Ingredients

  • 200 gRice noodle
  • 27.6 gOil
  • 9 gGarlic
  • 9 gChili
  • 225 gBeef loin
  • 100 gBroccoli
  • 15 gBasil
  • 70.8 gSoy sauce
  • 78 gOyster sauce
  • 6 gFish sauce
  • 12.5 gSugar

    Prepare

    • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
    • Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.

    Stir-fry

    • Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and chilies for about 20 seconds until just turning golden.
    • Add the sirloin and stir-fry for 1 minute until seared.
    • Add broccoli and stir-fry another minute, then add noodles and the sauce. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until heated through and well combined.

    Finish

    • Toss through the basil, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
    • Serve hot to avoid overcooking the vegetables.
