- 27.6 gOil
- 9 gGarlic
- 9 gChili
- 225 gBeef loin
- 100 gBroccoli
- 15 gBasil
- 70.8 gSoy sauce
- 78 gOyster sauce

Prepare
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.

Stir-fry
- Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and chilies for about 20 seconds until just turning golden.
- Add the sirloin and stir-fry for 1 minute until seared.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry another minute, then add noodles and the sauce. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until heated through and well combined.

- Toss through the basil, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
- Serve hot to avoid overcooking the vegetables.
