- 960 mlMilk
- 100 gSugar
- 5 mlVanilla extract
- 1 pcsCinnamon
- 30 gNut
- 30 gRaisin

Method
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
- Combine rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and the cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30–40 minutes until the rice is cooked and the mixture is creamy, stirring regularly.
- Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick.
- Spoon into serving bowls or cups.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and garnish with chopped nuts and raisins as desired.
- Serve warm or chilled.
