- 88 gPudding powder

- 250 mlCream
- 50 gChocolate
- 30 mlRum

Cook the custard
- Combine milk, sugar, salt and custard powder in a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes briefly to a boil.
- Remove from heat.

Cool down
- Place a sheet of cling film directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
- Let cool completely to room temperature.

Flavor and mix
- Transfer the cooled pudding to a bowl.
- Stir in rum and grated chocolate to taste.

Fold in cream
- Whip the cream until stiff (if not already whipped) and gently fold it into the pudding until smooth and airy.

- Chill the dessert covered in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve topped with extra grated chocolate if desired.
