- Stir the lemon curd and the hot water together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the ramekins, dividing it between them.

- Beat the margarine and sugar until creamy.
- Beat in the egg and lemon zest.
- Fold in the self‑raising flour, then stir in the lemon juice until smooth.

- Place the ramekins on a microwave‑safe plate and microwave for about 4 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
