- 720 mlWater
- 2 tbspMiso
- 2 pcsGreen onion
- 100 gTofu
- 50 gMushroom
- 60 gShrimp

Prepare
- Prepare all ingredients. Cut tofu into about 1 cm cubes, slice mushrooms, finely chop green onions.
- Dissolve miso in ½ cup (120 ml) cold water and set aside.

Make the broth
- Heat sesame oil in a small pot over medium heat.
- Add green onions and sauté for 1–2 minutes, stirring.
- Add 720 ml water and bring to a boil.

Add miso and finish
- Lower the heat. Stir the dissolved miso into the pot to avoid lumps.
- Add tofu, mushrooms, seaweed and optional shrimp and let simmer gently for 2–3 minutes (do not boil).
- Taste and serve hot.
