Step 1: Fry aromatics
- Heat the sunflower oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic cloves, red onions and red chilies and stir-fry about 2 minutes until the onions are translucent.

- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, let set briefly and break up with a spatula.
- Add the hot rice, chopped bok choy and diced pineapple. Stir until heated through.
