  • 75 mlSunflower oil
  • 3 pcsGarlic clove
  • 3 pcsOnion
  • 2 pcsChili
  • 2 pcsEgg
  • 300 gRice
  • 2 pcsBok choy
  • 200 gPineapple
  • 14 gPepper
  • 18 gSalt

Instructions

    Step 1: Fry aromatics

    • Heat the sunflower oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the garlic cloves, red onions and red chilies and stir-fry about 2 minutes until the onions are translucent.

    Step 2: Add eggs and rice

    • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, let set briefly and break up with a spatula.
    • Add the hot rice, chopped bok choy and diced pineapple. Stir until heated through.

    Step 3: Season and serve

    • Season with ground pepper and salt.
    • Serve the fried rice hot.
