  • 240 mlMilk

    Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F).
    • Grease a baking dish (about 20×20 cm or similar).

    Make the batter

    • Beat the sugar, softened butter and eggs with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
    • Stir in the pumpkin purée until well combined.
    • Add the milk, cake flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.

    Bake

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
    • Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
    • Bake in the preheated oven until the center is set (about 45 minutes or longer). Let cool slightly before serving.
