  • 360 gChicken breast
  • 30 gCurry paste
  • 30 gCoconut milk
  • 150 gBell pepper
  • 150 gZucchini
  • 110 gOnion
  • 1 pcsLime

Instructions

    Marinate and grill

    • Heat the barbecue or a griddle pan until very hot.
    • Put the chicken, red curry paste and coconut milk into a bowl and mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
    • Cut the pepper, courgette and onion into pieces and thread them alternately with the chicken onto skewers.
    • Cook the skewers on the barbecue or griddle for 5–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
    • Serve with rice, salad and a lime half for squeezing over.
