- 5 gGarlic
- 15 gGinger
- 100 gOnion
- 8 gCoriander
- 20 gChili
- 30 mlOlive oil
- 80 gChili sauce
- 50 gLime
- 20 gGreen onion

Prepare and shape
- Place the chicken breast, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander and green chilli into a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pulse until the chicken is finely ground and the mixture is well combined.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into six small cakes.

Fry and serve
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cakes for about 6–8 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce, lime wedges, chopped coriander, spring onions and sliced red chilli.
