- 15 mlVegetable oil
- 300 gBroccoli
- 4 pcsGarlic
- 1 pcsChili pepper
- 100 gGreen onion
- 140 gSoybean
- 400 gPak choi
- 300 gTofu
- 22.5 mlHoisin sauce
- 15 mlSoy sauce
- 25 gCashew nut

Prepare
- Cut broccoli into small florets.
- Halve pak choi lengthwise (quarter if large).
- Slice garlic and red chilli; cut spring onions into 3–4 cm pieces.
- Cut marinated tofu into bite-sized pieces if needed and drain soybeans.

Stir-fry and finish
- Heat oil in a large non-stick wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes until just tender; add a splash of water if it starts to stick.
- Add garlic and chilli, fry for 1 minute.
- Toss in spring onions, soybeans, pak choi and tofu and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in hoisin, soy sauce and cashews to warm, then serve immediately.
