  • 700 mlChicken broth
  • 1 pcsLemongrass
  • 5 pcsGalgant
  • 6 pcsCoriander
  • 3 pcsKaffir lime leaf
  • 6 pcsShrimp
  • 3 tbspFish sauce
  • 6 pcsChili
  • 4 tbspLime juice

    Step 1: Flavor the broth

    • Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
    • Add lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots and kaffir lime leaves, then simmer for 2 minutes to release the flavors.

    Step 2: Add prawns and finish

    • Add the prawns, fish sauce, green chillies and lime juice, then return to a boil.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or fish sauce if needed.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
