Step 1: Flavor the broth
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots and kaffir lime leaves, then simmer for 2 minutes to release the flavors.

Step 2: Add prawns and finish
- Add the prawns, fish sauce, green chillies and lime juice, then return to a boil.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or fish sauce if needed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
