  • 4 gBaking powder
  • 1.25 gBaking soda
  • 2.6 gCinnamon
  • 0.65 gGinger
  • 0.6 gNutmeg
  • 1.5 gSalt
  • 67 gSugar
  • 120 mlAlmond milk
  • 30 mlCoconut oil
  • 60 gApfelmus
  • 40 gMolasses
  • 5 mlVanilla extract

Instructions

    Dry ingredients

    • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

    Wet ingredients

    • Whisk almond milk, melted coconut oil, applesauce, molasses and vanilla together in a separate bowl.

    Combine and bake

    • Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until combined.
    • Grease a small baking pan, pour in the batter and smooth the surface.
    • Bake at 190 °C for about 12 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool, unmold and serve.
