- 200 gSugar

- 300 gWhole wheat flour

- 2.3 gBaking soda
- 2.5 gVanilla extract

- 180 gChocolate
- 120 gWalnut
- 115 gCream cheese

Melt chocolate and oil
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Place vegetable oil and unsweetened chocolate in an ovenproof 20 cm square pan and put it in the oven for 1–2 minutes until the chocolate just melts.
- Optional: Stir in cream cheese or sour cream until smooth.

Mix the batter
- Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) to the pan with the melted chocolate.
- Beat with a fork or whisk about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape the sides of the pan with a spatula.

Prepare and top
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts evenly over the batter.
- Optionally press chips and nuts lightly into the batter.

Bake and cool
- Bake 30–40 minutes at 180 °C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan. Serve warm or cooled.
