- 675 gChicken breast
- 14 gMustard seed oil
- 50 mlMilk
- 150 mlYogurt
- 30 mlLemon
- 15 gTomato paste
- 4 gCoriander
- 20 gGarlic
- 20 gChili pepper
- 5 gBell pepper
- 5 gGaram masala
- 2.3 gCumin
- 1.15 gTurmeric
- 5 gSalt

Prepare the marinade
- Put all ingredients except the chicken into a non-metal bowl and mix well until smooth.

Marinate the chicken
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until fully coated.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 24 hours (48 hours for best results with fresh chicken).

Cook
- For best results thread onto skewers and cook in a tandoor/oven or under a medium grill for 5–8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Alternatively grill or pan-fry until fully cooked.

- Serve hot with naan, rice or use in a Chicken Tikka Masala.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges if desired.
