    • Bring to a boil with water
    • Cook on low heat
    • Rest covered

    • Cut cauliflower into florets
    • Toss with oil and spices
    • Roast in the oven
    • Keep warm

    • Rinse lentils
    • Heat oil
    • Sauté onion
