  • 140 gWheat flour
  • 240 mlWater

    • Finely dice onion
    • Grate garlic
    • Grate ginger
    • Wash spinach and drain well

    • Heat oil
    • Fry onion until translucent
    • Briefly sauté garlic and ginger
    • Toast spices briefly
