  • 400 mlOat drink
  • 180 gApple
  • 200 gPlum
  • 20 gMaple syrup
  • 2 gCinnamon
  • 1 gSalt
  • 80 mlWater

Instructions

    Cook plums

    • Pit plums and chop roughly
    • Bring to a boil with water and simmer until soft
    • Season with cinnamon

    • Rinse millet in a sieve with hot water
    • Bring to a boil with oat drink
    • Let thicken on low heat while stirring

    Stir in apple

    • Wash and coarsely grate the apple
    • Stir into the porridge
    • Cook briefly

    • Season with cinnamon and maple syrup
    • Spoon porridge into bowls
    • Top with plum compote
