Preparation
- Open all cans. Drain the liquid from the beans (about 240 g drained).
- Put beans, tomatoes, mackerel (with sauce), curry powder, salt and pepper into a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
