- 6 gCaraway
- 5 gGarlic salt

Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Pat the pork chops dry and set aside.

Layer
- Peel and thinly slice the onion. Core and thinly slice the apple.
- Layer onion and apple slices in an ovenproof covered dish.
- Drizzle honey over the apple and onion and sprinkle half the caraway evenly over them.

Season and top
- Season the chops with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on top of each chop.
- Place chops on top of the apple/onion layers and sprinkle remaining caraway over them.

Bake
- Cover and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 °C.
- Let rest briefly covered before serving.
