Ingredients

  • 600 gPork chop
  • 150 gApple
  • 110 gOnion
  • 15 mlHoney
  • 6 gCaraway
  • 5 gGarlic salt
  • 1 gPepper
  • 15 gMustard

Instructions

    Prepare

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
    • Pat the pork chops dry and set aside.

    Layer

    • Peel and thinly slice the onion. Core and thinly slice the apple.
    • Layer onion and apple slices in an ovenproof covered dish.
    • Drizzle honey over the apple and onion and sprinkle half the caraway evenly over them.

    Season and top

    • Season the chops with garlic salt and black pepper.
    • Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on top of each chop.
    • Place chops on top of the apple/onion layers and sprinkle remaining caraway over them.

    Bake

    • Cover and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 °C.
    • Let rest briefly covered before serving.
