  • 1 tbspOil
  • 150 gOnion
  • 500 gGround beef
  • 1 pcsEgg
  • 80 gCheese
  • 50 gSalad
  • 150 gTomato
  • 60 gKetchup
  • 240 gRoll
  • 5 gSalt
  • 1 gPepper

Instructions

    Fry onions

    • Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan.
    • Add the chopped onion (150 g) and fry for about 5 minutes until softened and slightly browned.
    • Remove from heat and let cool briefly.

    Prepare meat mixture

    • Put ground beef (500 g) into a bowl.
    • Add the egg (1 piece) and the cooled fried onion.
    • Season with 5 g salt and 1 g pepper and mix well.

    Shape and cook patties

    • Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form patties.
    • Cook the patties on a hot grill or pan for about 6 minutes, flipping once, until browned and cooked through.

    Melt cheese

    • Place a slice of cheese (80 g total) on each patty in the last minute of cooking.
    • Cover briefly so the cheese melts slightly.

    Assemble burgers

    • Lightly toast the hamburger buns (240 g total).
    • Put each patty in a bun and top with lettuce (50 g), tomato slices (150 g) and ketchup (60 g).
    • Serve immediately.
