Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C (reduce temp 10–20 °C for convection if applicable).
- Lightly oil a baking sheet (about 30 x 38 cm) or line it with parchment paper.

Make the mixture
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Stir in chopped broccoli, chopped almonds, red onion, breadcrumbs and water.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form and bake patties
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties (about 2 cm thick) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 190 °C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway, until both sides are golden brown.

Serve
- Toast the buns. Place a patty on each bun, spread mayonnaise and top with lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
