  • 600 gSweet potato
  • 560 gApple
  • 80 gRaisin
  • 43 gHoney
  • 45 mlApple juice
  • 43 gButter

    Prepare

    • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into about 1 cm slices (approx. 600 g).
    • Peel, core and slice the apples (approx. 560 g).
    • Grease a 2‑quart (≈2 l) baking dish and arrange sweet potato, apple and raisin slices in overlapping layers.

    Make glaze & bake

    • Stir together honey, apple juice and melted butter in a small bowl.
    • Pour the mixture evenly over the layered sweet potatoes, apples and raisins.
    • Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 30–45 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and glazed.
    • Optionally remove the foil for the last 10 minutes so the top can caramelize lightly.
