Prepare
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into about 1 cm slices (approx. 600 g).
- Peel, core and slice the apples (approx. 560 g).
- Grease a 2‑quart (≈2 l) baking dish and arrange sweet potato, apple and raisin slices in overlapping layers.

Make glaze & bake
- Stir together honey, apple juice and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the layered sweet potatoes, apples and raisins.
- Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 30–45 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and glazed.
- Optionally remove the foil for the last 10 minutes so the top can caramelize lightly.
