Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
- Lightly spray a 30 cm (12 in) pizza pan with cooking spray and optionally dust with cornmeal.

Shape and fill the crust
- Press the refrigerated pizza dough into the pan from the center so it hangs about 1 cm over the edge.
- Fold the overhanging edge back toward the center to form a pouch around the rim.
- Place the mozzarella sticks into the pouch all the way around and pinch the dough to seal the cheese inside.

Par-bake the crust
- Bake the filled crust 8–10 minutes until the edges are light golden and the dough has started to set.
- Remove the pan from the oven.

Top and finish baking
- Spread the pizza sauce over the pre-baked crust.
- Scatter the pepperoni, cooked Italian sausage and shredded cheese over the sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake until the crust is deeply golden and the topping cheese is melted, about 10–15 minutes.

Serve
- Remove pizza from oven and let rest briefly.
- Cut into 6–8 slices and serve hot so the stuffed crust pulls cheesy.
