- Whisk milk and egg together in a small bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dip thawed ravioli into the milk-egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat sauce
- Heat the marinara sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbling, about 5–10 minutes, then reduce to low to keep warm.

Fry ravioli
- Pour vegetable oil into a large heavy pan to a depth of about 5 cm (about 720 ml).
- Heat oil to about 190 °C.
- Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for about 1 minute per side, until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.

- Sprinkle the fried ravioli with grated Parmesan and serve immediately with hot marinara sauce.
