  • 340 gPasta
  • 15 gParsley
  • 45 gPine nut
  • 1 pcsLemon
  • 30 gButter
  • 6 gGarlic
  • 2.4 gSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper
  • 240 mlPasta water

    Cook the pasta

    • Fill a large pot with cold water, generously salt it (about 2.4 g of salt remains in the finished dish) and bring to a boil.
    • Add the angel hair pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, 4–5 minutes until al dente.
    • Drain the pasta, reserving about 240 ml of cooking water. Set the pasta aside briefly.

    Prepare the shrimp

    • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Sauté the minced garlic briefly (30–60 seconds), then add the shrimp.
    • Cook shrimp 2–4 minutes per side (or follow package directions) until pink and opaque.
    • Stir in lemon zest and juice, season with freshly ground black pepper.

    Toss and serve

    • Add the pasta, about 120–240 ml reserved pasta water, chopped parsley and toasted pine nuts to the skillet with the shrimp.
    • Toss gently until the pasta is evenly coated; add more pasta water if needed.
    • Divide among warm bowls and serve immediately.
