Ingredients

  • 500 gGnocchi
  • 30 gBasil
  • 4.5 gGarlic
  • 32 gSun-dried tomato
  • 30 mlOil
  • 30 gPine nut

Instructions

    Cook the gnocchi

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain.

    Prepare ingredients

    • Dice the sun-dried tomatoes if they are in large pieces.
    • Pick the basil leaves and roughly tear them.
    • Mince the garlic.

    Sauté

    • Pour the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes into a large pan and heat.
    • Sauté the minced garlic in the oil for 1–2 minutes over medium heat until fragrant (do not brown).

    Finish and serve

    • Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes and fry briefly.
    • Add the drained gnocchi and toss gently until heated through.
    • Stir in the basil until slightly wilted.
    • Mix in the pine nuts, toss once and serve immediately.
