  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 8 pcsBread
  • 5 mlChili sauce

    Preparation

    • Spread ricotta liberally over the 8 slices of bread.
    • Toss the shredded cooked chicken with hot sauce to taste and spread the chicken evenly in a single layer over 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices to form 4 sandwiches.

    Grilling

    • Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
    • Brush the sandwiches on both sides with extra-virgin olive oil.
    • Place sandwiches on the hot grill, working in batches if necessary, and grill until browned on both sides and cheese is melted (about 3–4 minutes per side). Serve warm.
