  • 240 gChicken breast
  • 400 gKohlrabi
  • 200 gBell pepper
  • 200 gMushroom
  • 1 pcsOnion
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 250 mlVegetable broth
  • 150 gYogurt
  • 1 tspRapeseed oil
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 0.25 tspNutmeg
  • 0.5 tspSalt
  • 0.25 tspPepper

Instructions

    Chop the vegetables

    • Peel and dice the kohlrabi
    • Dice the bell pepper
    • Slice the mushrooms
    • Finely dice the onion
    • Finely chop the garlic

    Sear the chicken

    • Pat the chicken dry
    • Heat oil in a pan
    • Sear the chicken on all sides
    • Season with salt and pepper

    Cook the vegetables

    • Briefly sweat the onion and garlic
    • Add kohlrabi and deglaze with stock
    • Stir in bell pepper and mushrooms
    • Simmer covered until the kohlrabi is tender

    Finish the sauce

    • Whisk the yogurt until smooth
    • Add to the pan and warm very gently
    • Season with lemon juice and nutmeg
    • Return chicken and let it rest briefly
