Ingredients

  • 4 pcsChicken breast
  • 120 mlOlive oil
  • 45 mlChili sauce
  • 60 mlLime juice
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 120 mlSpice mix

Instructions

    Marinate

    • Combine all ingredients except the BBQ rub in a large zip-top bag and mix well.
    • Add the chicken breasts, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 45 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

    Season

    • Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
    • Rub each breast generously with the chipotle BBQ rub.

    Grill

    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    • Place chicken on the grill and turn often until internal temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F), about 12–20 minutes depending on thickness.

    Rest and serve

    • Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
    • Serve whole or sliced with lime wedges.
