Cook the pasta
- Bring about 950 ml lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the pasta and cook 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the vegetables
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook onion and green bell pepper in oil about 8–10 minutes until softened and lightly browned.

Finish the sauce
- Stir in corn, black beans, diced tomatoes with juice, salsa, black olives, taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Cook about 4–5 minutes until heated through and flavors combine.

Toss and serve
- Toss the hot vegetable mixture into the pasta and mix well.
- Serve warm or cold.
