  • 340 gPasta
  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 150 gOnion
  • 150 gBell pepper
  • 255 gCorn
  • 255 gBean
  • 411 gTomato
  • 60 gSalsa
  • 40 gOlive
  • 12 gSpice mix
  • 3 gSalt
  • 1 gPepper

    Cook the pasta

    • Bring about 950 ml lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot.
    • Add the pasta and cook 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the vegetables

    • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    • Cook onion and green bell pepper in oil about 8–10 minutes until softened and lightly browned.

    Finish the sauce

    • Stir in corn, black beans, diced tomatoes with juice, salsa, black olives, taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
    • Cook about 4–5 minutes until heated through and flavors combine.

    Toss and serve

    • Toss the hot vegetable mixture into the pasta and mix well.
    • Serve warm or cold.
