  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 150 gOnion
  • 12 gGarlic
  • 3 gSalt
  • 4.6 gChili powder
  • 2.3 gCumin
  • 1.15 gCinnamon
  • 510 gBean
  • 268 gKale
  • 180 gTomato
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 1 tbspSesame

Instructions

    Sauté onion and garlic

    • Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
    • Add onion, garlic and a pinch of salt; cook and stir 2–3 minutes until onion is tender.

    Add and mash beans

    • Stir in chili powder, ground cumin and cinnamon.
    • Add black beans with some liquid, cook 2 minutes and mash some beans with the back of a spatula.

    Add kale and tomatoes

    • Reduce heat, add kale and cook 2–3 minutes until tender and mixture thickens.
    • Stir in lemon juice and tomato, taste and add more salt if desired.

    Serve

    • Garnish with white sesame seeds if desired.
    • Serve warm.
