- 150 gOnion
- 12 gGarlic
- 3 gSalt
- 4.6 gChili powder
- 2.3 gCumin
- 1.15 gCinnamon

- 268 gKale
- 180 gTomato
- 30 mlLemon juice

Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic and a pinch of salt; cook and stir 2–3 minutes until onion is tender.

Add and mash beans
- Stir in chili powder, ground cumin and cinnamon.
- Add black beans with some liquid, cook 2 minutes and mash some beans with the back of a spatula.

Add kale and tomatoes
- Reduce heat, add kale and cook 2–3 minutes until tender and mixture thickens.
- Stir in lemon juice and tomato, taste and add more salt if desired.

Serve
- Garnish with white sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve warm.
