  • 720 gChicken thigh
  • 80 mlDressing
  • 175 gBreadcrumbs

    Prepare and Marinate

    • Remove skin and visible fat with kitchen shears.
    • Place the thighs in a sealable container or large freezer bag.
    • Add the Italian dressing (about 80 ml), seal and shake well so all pieces are coated.
    • If possible, marinate 15–30 minutes for extra flavor.

    Breading

    • Place the breadcrumbs in a medium bowl.
    • One at a time, put the marinated thighs into the bowl and coat them evenly with breadcrumbs. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
    • Press lightly so the crumbs stick, then place the breaded thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake

    • Preheat oven to 175 °C (350 °F).
    • Place the tray on the middle rack.
    • Bake 45–55 minutes until breadcrumbs are browned and internal temperature reaches at least 74 °C.
    • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
