  • 2 tbspOil
  • 400 gKetchup
  • 2 tbspCurry powder
  • 1 tspPaprika powder
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper

Instructions

    Fry the sausages

    • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the sausages on all sides until evenly golden and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).

    Make the sauce

    • Mix ketchup with curry powder, paprika powder, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

    Serve

    • Slice the fried sausages on a bias and place on plates.
    • Pour the sauce over the sausage slices and optionally sprinkle extra curry powder.
    • Serve immediately.
