Fry the sausages
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sausages on all sides until evenly golden and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).

Make the sauce
- Mix ketchup with curry powder, paprika powder, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve
- Slice the fried sausages on a bias and place on plates.
- Pour the sauce over the sausage slices and optionally sprinkle extra curry powder.
- Serve immediately.
