  • 0.5 tspMustard powder
  • 80 gOnion
  • 305 gCelery soup
  • 6 gSalt
  • 418 gSalmon
  • 227 gPeas
  • 110 gBreadcrumbs
  • 2 tbspButter

    Prepare

    • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
    • Cook macaroni according to package directions in well-salted water; drain.
    • Chop the onion. Thaw frozen peas if necessary.

    Mix

    • In a large bowl combine grated cheddar, cooked macaroni, milk, dry mustard, chopped onion, cream of celery soup and salt.
    • Drain canned salmon, flake with a fork and fold it in along with the peas.

    Bake

    • Spoon the mixture into a greased 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking dish.
    • Cover with breadcrumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.
    • Bake about 45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
