Prepare
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Cook macaroni according to package directions in well-salted water; drain.
- Chop the onion. Thaw frozen peas if necessary.

Mix
- In a large bowl combine grated cheddar, cooked macaroni, milk, dry mustard, chopped onion, cream of celery soup and salt.
- Drain canned salmon, flake with a fork and fold it in along with the peas.

Bake
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking dish.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake about 45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
