  • 225 gSpaghetti
  • 42 gButter
  • 3 pcsGarlic
  • 450 gShrimp
  • 6 gSalt
  • 2.3 gPepper
  • 15 mlLemon juice
  • 2.3 gChili flakes
  • 25 gParsley

Instructions

    Cook pasta

    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it to taste.
    • Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
    • Drain the pasta and reserve some cooking water if desired.

    Cook shrimp

    • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
    • Add the garlic and sauté briefly (30–60 seconds) until fragrant but not browned.
    • Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes until pink and cooked through.
    • Season with salt and pepper, then stir in lemon juice, chili flakes and chopped parsley.

    Finish and serve

    • Toss the drained spaghetti into the shrimp pan so the pasta is coated with the sauce (add reserved pasta water if needed).
    • Divide between 4 plates and serve immediately.
