- 150 gFeta
- 120 gHard cheese
- 50 gOlive
- 150 gCorn
- 300 gTomato

Preparation
- Cut the bagels horizontally into halves.
- Slice the tomatoes and onions.
- Prepare the feta and sliced hard cheese. Drain the corn. Slice the olives.

Assemble
- Spread feta on the inner side of one bagel half.
- Cover with several slices of hard cheese.
- Add corn and sliced olives.
- Layer tomato and onion slices.
- Add ketchup and some Thousand Island dressing.
- Top with the other bagel half and brush with extra dressing if desired.

Grill and serve
- Place the assembled bagel on the grill (or use a contact grill/toaster).
- Turn the grill on and grill about 1.5–2 minutes until the cheese melts and the outside is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately.
- Serve optionally with extra tomato, cucumber slices or pickles.
