  • 4 pcsBagel
  • 150 gFeta
  • 120 gHard cheese
  • 50 gOlive
  • 150 gCorn
  • 300 gTomato
  • 100 gOnion
  • 30 gKetchup
  • 120 gThousand Island dressing

Instructions

    Preparation

    • Cut the bagels horizontally into halves.
    • Slice the tomatoes and onions.
    • Prepare the feta and sliced hard cheese. Drain the corn. Slice the olives.

    Assemble

    • Spread feta on the inner side of one bagel half.
    • Cover with several slices of hard cheese.
    • Add corn and sliced olives.
    • Layer tomato and onion slices.
    • Add ketchup and some Thousand Island dressing.
    • Top with the other bagel half and brush with extra dressing if desired.

    Grill and serve

    • Place the assembled bagel on the grill (or use a contact grill/toaster).
    • Turn the grill on and grill about 1.5–2 minutes until the cheese melts and the outside is golden brown and crispy.
    • Remove and serve immediately.
    • Serve optionally with extra tomato, cucumber slices or pickles.
