  • 800 gMushroom
  • 8 pcsBread
  • 40 gButter
  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 4 gSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 10 gParsley

    Preparation

    • Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth or brush, trim tough stem ends and halve or quarter to get even pieces.
    • Butter 8 slices of bread lightly (2 slices per person).
    • Finely chop the parsley.

    Grill and serve

    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add mushrooms, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and sauté for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and tender.
    • Meanwhile toast the buttered bread until golden.
    • Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the hot mushrooms, adjust seasoning and toss briefly.
    • Place toast on plates, top with mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
