  • 12 pcsCrêpe
  • 170 gCheddar
  • 12 sliceHam
  • 2 tbspGreen onion
  • 0.5 tspSalt
  • 0.13 tspPepper
  • 120 mlSour cream
  • 0.5 tspMustard
  • 40 gBreadcrumbs
  • 45 gButter

Instructions

    Prepare

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • In a small bowl combine the cheddar, finely chopped green onion, salt, pepper, sour cream and mustard.

    Fill and roll

    • Place one crepe on a work surface and lay one slice of ham on it.
    • Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture over the ham.
    • Roll up the crepes and arrange them seam-side down in a 33 x 23 cm baking dish.

    Crust and bake

    • Mix melted butter and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle evenly over the crepes.
    • Cover the pan loosely with foil.
    • Bake 15–20 minutes until the topping is golden and the filling is hot.

    Serve

    • Remove from oven, let rest briefly and optionally garnish with chopped parsley.
    • Divide into portions and serve immediately.
