  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 60 gHoney
  • 1 pcsGarlic

    Preparation

    • Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut into about 2 cm pieces.
    • Peel and finely mince or press the garlic.

    Searing

    • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
    • Add the chicken pieces and sear until lightly browned.
  3. 3

    Glazing and finish

    • Pour honey over the chicken and add the minced garlic.
    • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and darkens into a glossy glaze and the chicken is cooked through. Be careful not to overcook, the sauce can burn.
    • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
