  • 85 gChili sauce
  • 9 gGarlic
  • 10 gSoy sauce
  • 80 gOil
  • 1200 gChicken wings
  • 18 gGewürzsalz
  • 6 gPepper

Instructions

    Make the sauce

    • Melt the butter and put it in a heatproof bowl.
    • Stir in the hot sauce, minced garlic and soy sauce. Keep warm.

    Season and fry

    • Heat oil to 180 °C.
    • Toss the wings with seasoned salt and black pepper.
    • Fry wings in batches for 11 minutes until golden and crisp.
    • Drain on a rack (avoid paper towels to keep them crispy).

    Finish

    • Toss the drained wings with the sauce until evenly coated.
    • Serve warm.
