Ingredients

  • 250 gCucumber
  • 150 gTomato
  • 100 gOnion
  • 15 gParsley
  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 2.5 gSalt
  • 1.2 gPepper
  • 2.5 gZaatar

Instructions

    Preparation

    • Dice cucumber, tomato and onion into roughly 1 cm cubes.
    • Chop the parsley roughly.

    Dressing

    • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), salt, pepper and za'atar in a small bowl.
    • Taste and adjust with more lemon or salt if needed.

    Finish

    • Combine cucumber, tomato, onion and parsley in a bowl.
    • Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve immediately.
