  • 1020 gChicken breast
  • 420 mlChicken broth
  • 15 gTomato
  • 2.5 gParmesan
  • 1 gHerbs
  • 0.5 gGarlic powder

    Make the marinade

    • Stir broth, drained canned diced tomatoes, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a shallow non-metallic dish.
    • Reserve half of this mixture for basting.

    Marinate the chicken

    • Add the chicken to the remaining half of the marinade and turn to coat.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. 3

    Grill or broil

    • Remove chicken from the marinade and discard that used marinade.
    • Grill or broil chicken about 15 minutes until done, turning and brushing often with the reserved half of the marinade.
