  • 240 gChickpea
  • 120 gFeta
  • 200 gCucumber
  • 200 gTomato
  • 60 gOnion
  • 15 gParsley
  • 1 pcsLemon
  • 30 gOlive oil
  • 10 gMustard
  • 10 gHoney
  • 4 gSalt

    Cook orzo

    • Bring water to a boil and salt it
    • Cook orzo until al dente
    • Drain and briefly rinse with cold water
    • Let it drain well

    • Dice the cucumber
    • Halve the tomatoes
    • Finely dice the onion
    • Roughly chop the parsley

    • Juice the lemon
    • Finely zest the lemon
    • Whisk until emulsified
    • Season with pepper

    • Rinse chickpeas and drain well
    • Mix orzo with vegetables and chickpeas

    • Crumble the feta
