  • 1 pcsOnion
  • 800 mlVegetable broth
  • 1 tspRapeseed oil
  • 1 pcsBay leaf

  • 10 gParsley

Instructions

    • Peel and dice the onion
    • Peel and slice the carrots
    • Slice the white cabbage into thin strips
    • Peel and dice the potatoes

    • Sweat the onion until translucent
    • Briefly toast the carrots
