Instructions

    Make the dressing

    • Whisk together mayonnaise, dry mustard, sugar and cider vinegar in a small bowl.
    • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Combine salad

    • Toss the cooked, chilled macaroni with the chopped red onion and chopped celery in a large bowl.
    • Pour the dressing over and toss until evenly coated.

    Chill

    • Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
    • Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
